Modern Marketing Concepts awarded second consecutive Gold Seal award for Fit Friendly Worksite Recognition from the American Heart Association

February 17, 2015 – Modern Marketing Concepts has announced that they have again been awarded with the Gold Seal for Fit Friendly worksite recognition from the American Heart Association. Each year, the American Heart Association recognizes employers from around the country who go above and beyond when it comes to their employees’ health. The organization rewards organizations for their progressive leadership and concern for the well being of their staff. The Gold Seal is reserved for worksites that fulfill necessary award criteria such as offering employees physical activity support, increasing healthy eating options at work and promoting a wellness culture. Requirements for Gold level achievement are a minimum of 25 employees at the worksite, as well as implementing at least six physical activity criteria, two nutrition criteria and one of the culture criteria listed in the American Heart Association award guidelines.
