The company is also excited to announce the appointment of Mr. Carmen Mazzatta as President of the Healthcare division.

Mr. McCracken is taking the reins of MMC’s Technology Services Division during a time of amazing growth. The company is a leader in digital technology, analytics and data resourcing in the marketing and sales arenas. McCracken looks forward to spearheading new opportunities in the business-to-business global marketplace.

McCracken has an impressive background that includes senior level positions with major brand name companies such as Johnson & Johnson, American Express, and Marketing Technology, Inc. During this time he was responsible for multiple patents in R&D and Marketing (Johnson & Johnson); he served as Director of Marketing for the Quattro Card (American Express); and pioneered advanced database marketing technologies in the agricultural and healthcare sectors (Marketing Inc.).

As owner of a private technology-consulting firm, McCracken was the chief architect of a transactional database system that was specifically designed to support database-marketing initiatives for Eli Lily, AstraZeneca, Mercedes Benz, Novartis, McNeil Consumer and Transcontinental Direct.

Prior to joining MMC, McCracken was CTO of MTI Information Technology. In this capacity he designed the DCS Marketing Platform used to support major pharmaceutical clients such as Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis and GSK.

McCracken received a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Vermont, and an M.S. in Management of Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He lives and works in Burlington, VT.

Mr. Mazzatta brings his considerable talents and expertise with him as he takes over the helm of the Healthcare division at MMC.  According to Mazzatta, “It’s a group of dedicated staff consisting of highly skilled healthcare sales and marketing professionals.  I’m looking forward to working closely with them and MMC’s clients to boost our relationships and achieve desired outcomes.”

The Healthcare division at MMC utilizes historical, proprietary data and analytics platforms as part of an integrated, multi-channel marketing and sales strategy.  This enhance approach has been proven to greatly increase the number of satisfied customers for each client. The company has had great success in combining its inside sales teams along with direct marketing and digital marketing to attain solid outcomes.

MMC’s client list includes top bio-pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers that sell and marketing their products to physicians, dentists, veterinarians, hospitalslong-term care and skilled nursing facilities, and DME providers. It is the company’s ongoing goal to deliver consistent sales growth solutions to clients using today’s cutting-edge technology.

Mazzatta has 25 years of top-level business management experience. Over the last 12 years, he led technology-based healthcare sales and marketing business process outsourcing for inVentiv Health (MySTRO) and Express Scripts (HealthBridge), and held product management leadership positions with Cegedim Dendrite, Thomson Reuters and Cardinal Health.  He has worked globally with many leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, BMS, sanofiaventis, GSK, Genentech, Allergan, Eli Lilly and Takeda.

Mazzatta has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Wilkes University, and an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland. He also served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. He currently lives in Sandyston, NJ.
